With over twenty years of experience building, running and shaping businesses across South Africa. Maritza’s journey has always been rooted in people — understanding their needs, their frustrations and their dreams — while blending structure, creativity and purpose into everything she creates.
Along the way, Maritza faced the same challenges so many others do. Finding reliable service providers felt like an endless struggle, while incredibly talented professionals remained invisible, undervalued and overlooked. It was frustrating, disheartening — and deeply personal.
And in that moment, clarity replaced frustration:
